Who handles delivery?

We partner with the fastest and most reliable couriers available at the time of your order.

Our shipping providers may vary, but we typically use FedEx for overseas deliveries and Royal Mail or DPD for next-day UK shipping.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! Tracking details will be sent to you via email and text message (SMS notifications are only available if a mobile number is provided at checkout).

  • For standard delivery items, tracking information is sent 2–7 days after your order is placed.
  • For next-day items (order before 4pm), your tracking code will be sent the same day.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery

  • Tracking will be sent 3–4 days after your order.
  • Once tracking is received, your parcel typically arrives within 5–6 days.

Express Delivery (UK Only)

We offer two faster services:

  • 24-Hour Delivery
  • 48-Hour Delivery
    You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once you receive your tracking email or text, simply follow the link provided to view your parcel’s progress.

Occasionally, items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery—if so, you’ll receive multiple tracking codes.

My parcel hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via email. We’ll investigate the issue directly with the courier.

95% of parcels arrive within the expected delivery window, but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.
